Hong Kong Day 2

Woke up super early on the 2nd day because wifey said "A lot of old people will come and eat one, then we will be the only young people there. Must be early otherwise no seat." The youngsters do not know what they are missing out! We went into a random restaurant like Dim Sum place in the Jordan area and got down to work. Slightly cheaper than the local Dim Sum but taste way better! Check it out! Only problem is .... how do you order the tea?

Xiao Long Bao!

Pai Kuat Oh!

Siew Mai! The brown thingy on top is abalone slices, can you believe it?!

Chee Cheong Fan! Light soya sauce style!

Ha Gao!

My all time favourite, Char Siew Bao!

Pi Dan Zhou!

Dim Sum got owned!

We observed the old people on how they used the tea to wash the dishes and thought ok this will be useful in the future. Next up we headed to this bus interchange/ pier to take a bus up to The Peak!
Upon reaching, we went to one of the must check out places in Hong Kong, the Madame Tussauds wax museum!

Wifey with Twins, Charlene and Gillian!

No wonder she's been avoiding me lately....

Madame Tassauds!

Taking lessons to achieve double Cs!

Cecilia Cheung

My idol

After we had fun with wax, we had lunch at a place called Pasta 360. Seems like a Atas version of the chain restaurants called Pasta House. The sign outside said 45% off if use Citibank card. An offer we cannot refuse! It was fantastic!

Esther's main dish. Some cream pasta thingy.

Hot stone pot with beef sauce and New Zealand beef. Yum!

Appetizers

Soup with "Soup Pi" as what the locals call it. I think it literally means soup skin.

With our tummies full and a smile on our face, we decided to take the tram down the mountain. Interesting how it uncomfortably faces a 45 degree angle but everyone is happily taking photos. Hehe.

Incoming!

Wife looking sexy as usual

We then took a bus back to the bus interchange and went to shop at the IFC supermarket. Wow! It seriously has a lot of stuff to buy. We then took a train to Causeway Bay to do little shopping and a lot of walking. It was raining, so I was moody and tired and didn't feel very well. Decided to whack a Mac's Shogun burger for dinner because it had pork patty in it!

I can live without beef, but not pork!

Stay tuned for Day 3, the Disney Adventure!
