Our House...

went for second viewing with both our parents today... they too agreed that the house is good... location is good and not much reno is needed... both of us loved the house alot therefore decided to do the option to purchase on the very same day... buyer agreed with the amt we offer... paid deposit and now waiting for HDB to approve our HLE... Yippie! FINALLY we got a house of our own and no more viewing of houses! it really tiring man... we viewed over 50 houses in tampines... can u believe it!
