Singapore Toy and Comic Convention 2008

we went to the toy and comic convention 2008 on saturday at suntec city... supposed to meet the guys at 2 plus but they havent reached when we reached so we went ahead first... it was so crowded! maw was quite disappointed as he expected more japanese figurines... he even asked me on friday if he see something he like can he buy... seems that they bring in more toys from the west than the east...

while walking took some pictures... the giant skuttle is so cute and it $260! so exp... if it's cheaper maw might have bought it hehe... the neck can be extended... when it extended it 18 inch tall else it 16 inch...

after that, we went back to cineleisure to watch Deception as first, the earlier timings were fully sold... secondly, only cathay had this movie :( so we came down from orchard and then back again...

we met up again with herby, vanessa, wee lock and felicia to go prawning! it's felicia first time... and she caught quite alot... an uncle beside her taught her how to prawn and even gave her some of his bait he specially prepared!

this is how ah peh prawns! with a cup of beer in his hand hehe...
